Create a great listing with these handy tips
Select a profile picture
This photo will feature on your listing and appear in various pages on the website. Ideally, go for a photo of yourself from the waist up and leave a good amount of space around you – it’ll look great everywhere it appears.
Rather not use your picture on the listing. Try using your logo or a picture of your therapy room instead.
Create a Summary
Your summary is a chance to highlight your distinct therapy style and journey. Consider what sets you apart. But remember to keep it short and easy to read.
Choose your Therapy Type and Services
These terms serve as key search words and are incorporated into the filter options for users. If you are qualified to provide multiple therapies, such as Play Therapy, Animal Assisted Therapy, Accredited Mental Health Practitioner, Diabetes Education, Art Therapy etc., think about selecting a premium listing type that is unlimited. This will showcase the full range of your skills effectively.
Have your AHPRA number or qualifications ready to upload. (Therapist Listings)
All claims related to therapy types must be verified by an allied health practitioner. This verification can be done by cross-referencing your AHPRA registration details or, for those without AHPRA registration, by reviewing your uploaded qualifications. Pin your location on the map (Premium Users)
Have your google map coordinates ready to paste into your listing. Not sure what your coordinates are? Just search your address in google maps, hover over it and right click. Google maps will give you an option to copy your coordinates ready for pasting into your listing.
Preview your listing
After you submit your listing, you’ll have the opportunity to check that all your details are accurate. Once you’re confident everything is correct, click the Continue button. Following this, your listing will be placed in the Pending tab of your account. The verification process typically takes 1-2 business days. You will receive a notification at your registered email to let you know whether your listing has been published or if additional documentation is needed.
